  • What delivery time of machine making?

    Different types of machine need different cycle of production, for big production line like cold rolling mill line, slitting line and cut to length line, usually 90-120days For small roll forming profile lines, usually 45-90days.

    By sea, from Shanghai port.

  • How to pack the machines?

    Vulnerable parts and electric units in boxes, machines are nude with anti-corrosion oil to protect machining surface from rust.

  • Can you describe machine parts configuration?

    We usually use famous brands good quality parts: Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC, Rep/Omron encoder, Schneider/Chint electric elements, YASKAWA/SIEMENS converters, Yuken Pump, Rexroth valves, etc.

  • Where can we meet the customers?

    We will select and attend some overseas fairs or personally go to meet customers, meanwhile, usually customers come and visit our plant before giving order. In meetings, face-to-face talk can clarify and finalize each detail easily and cultivate trust, helpful for sustainable long term cooperation.

    The customers can know us by searching on internet and browsing our website, can investigate our machine product quality by seeing our machines in local market or coming to visit us. We will honestly answer customers’ questions and follow up customers requests.

  • What materials do our machine process?

    Our machines are specially for metal coil strip processing, located on different industrial chain link, each kind of machine is responsible for specific task: slitting line is to slit coil strip in longitude by uncoiling - slitting -recoiling process, cutting to length line is to crosswise cutting sheets to certain length by uncoiling-leveling-cutting process, roll forming machine is to continuously bend coil sheet into different section profiles by uncoiling, punching, forming, cutting.

    Cold rolling mill is to reduce metal coil sheet thickness by cold rolling. Different metal coil materials require each process properly considering different materials characteristics, such as stainless steel is hard and elastic, high carbon steel plate is hard and fragile, normal mild steel is most popular and easy in forming elongation.

    So, we need customers to tell us their materials information, this is very helpful to design most suitable machine.

  • What about machine capacity?

    Each machine is customerized, thus machine capacity is as per customer demand. As non standard machine, each machine capacity varies a certain range relative to drive powers and parts configuration. Usually some models machines are popular in market, these machines parameters can be as general standard.

  • Parts processing:

    Customers concern how a machine is made out, machine base are welding assembly, welding seam is tempered, aging stress relief, surface machined and ground.

    Rollers are hardened and tempered, ground, chrome coated Shafts are tempered, machined, ground... Recoil mandrels are first assembled and then wholly machined.

    Rolling stands windows are precisely machined and shoveled in symmetry.

  • Out sourcing:

    We don’t make all the parts of machine although we design the whole machine, the out sourcing parts are purchased from professional suppliers strictly as per our design standard. We locate in the developed industrial cluster, can purchase good parts from nearly reliable channels, such as Guomao motors, Siemens Beide motors, Hengli motors, electric control system.
