In logistics storing industry, warehouse racking system is the main product. A heavy duty warehouse racking system is composed of rack uprights, cross beams, horizontal bracing and diagonal bracing, shelf, pallets, etc. Used for racking height over 3m and layer load over 1000kgs.
Racking Upright (Omega Rack Column) forming machine:
Rack upright columns support the whole racking system, usually the upright profile is Omega shape(Ʊ profile) which has 11 folding lines, very robust and flexible, convenieng for shelving beams to install. We custom make rack upright roll forming machine and supply to around the world market. Just need you to provide the Omega upright drawing, before shipment we will test the upright roll former line until the finished upright product is as required in upright profile drawing.
Our rack column forming machine has characteristics:
1) The process of whole omega forming line:
Uncoiler, leveler, loop, servo feeder and puncher, loop, roll forming and rectifying, track cutting, output.
2) Around 20 forming stations, 30KW drive motor and gearboxes transmission, Ф80mm roller shafts, forming speed up to 15-20m/min
3) Pneumatic track hydraulic shear or servo fly shear is after roll forming.
4) Input steel strips: max 2mm thick and 300mm width, Q235 HR.
5) Fast change forming stations are optional, can make different sizes of Ʊ upright profile by wholly changing forming stations installed on a base, this way, don’t need operator to adjust rollers adapting to different upright sizes.
