We make Omega Upright perforating and roll forming machine, Beam roll forming machine, shelf roll forming machine, bracing roll forming line.., The Omega upright, beam, shelf and bracing are compositions of a racking system.
Now we would like to introduce the racking beam machine, including C beam profiling roll forming machine and two C face-to-face embrace pressing machine.
The cross beams are two C profiles facing and embracing with each other by teeth pressing machine. The beam connects with uprights by special claws(weld claws to beam ends first). there are 9sizes of commonly seen beam.
We have supplied our racking system machines to India, Egypt, Pakistan, Romania, Greece, USA, Russia, Australia, etc countries.Each machine is customized, customer provides their racking system profile drawings, then we make the machines which will be precisely tested before shipment.
A heavy duty racking system is composed of uprights, beams, horizontal bracing and diagonal bracing, shelf, pallets, etc. Used for racking height over 3m and layer load over 1000kgs.
